As a division of Heritage Financial Services, HFS Benefits is a comprehensive employee benefits company staffed with experienced professionals to assist businesses in the evaluation of existing benefit plans and when appropriate, the implementation of new plans that match the company's current needs. Our goal is to understand what a company is attempting to accomplish through the benefits they offer, evaluate the extent to which that is happening and offer recommendations to better meet the company's needs.
